We are pleased to
announce a special room rate of $199.00 a night for Howard H. Steel registrants.
Please visit the hotel website now to reserve your room! The deadline to reserve
your room at the Walnut Disney World Swan and Dolphin is October 1, 2012. All
room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes, which are
currently 12.5%. There is an extra person charge at $25 per night. Children
under 18 years of age may stay for free in their parents’ room using existing
bedding. Guests shall be responsible for their own guestroom, tax, Resort
Service Package, and incidental charges upon checkout.
Resort Services Package
The mandatory Resort Services Package of $10.00 (exclusive of tax) per room per day includes high
speed internet access, unlimited admission to the fitness centers featuring the WestinWORKOUT®,
unlimited local calls and 800 number calls up to sixty minutes ($0.10 per minute charge beyond),
long distance access (credit card and collect calls), 20 minutes of domestic long distance per day,
and complimentary bottled water replenished daily, Unless otherwise instructed, the Resort Services
Package will be posted to the individual attendee’s guestroom account.
Room Deposit & Cancellation Policy
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation. Such deposit shall
serve to confirm the reservation for the date(s) indicated and, upon check-in shall be applied to the first
night of the reserved stay. This deposit is refundable if notice is received at least five (5) days prior to
arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits shall be charged at the time the reservation is
made.
Early Departure Fee
In the event that a guest who has reserved a guest room within the Group’s guest block checks out prior
to the guest’s reserved checkout date, an early departure fee of one night room and tax will be charged
to that guest’s individual account. Guests wishing to avoid this fee must advise the Hotel at or before
check-in of any change in the scheduled length of stay.
