REGISTRATION PRICES

The Chairs of the Howard H. Steel Conference have gone to great lengths to provide a high quality educational opportunity at an affordable cost to the attendees. In addition, they will provide educational scholarships for up to $500 to registrants who meet certain criteria. For registration categories, fees, and scholarship application information please see below.

Physician
Licensed medical doctors such as Orthopaedists, Neurosurgeons, Pediatricians, Physiatrists, Neurologists, and Urologists.

Allied Health Professionals
Nurses, Physician Assistants, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Psychologists, Social Workers, Vocational Rehabilitation Counselors, and Biomedical Engineers.

Resident & Fellow
Residents and fellows must provide a letter from the Chief of program verifying their status as a resident in order to pick-up their badge at the meeting.

Shriners Employee
Shriners Hospital employees are able to attend the Howard H. Steel conference for minimal cost due to an educational grant provided by the Saladin Shrine Center. Employees must provide proof of employment at a Shriners Hospital (ID, name badge, business card) in order to pick-up their badge at the meeting.

Presenter or Faculty Member
Invited faculty, presenting-authors (papers and posters), ICL chairs, and ICL faculty members registration fee is waived and will be registered by the course office.

Educational Scholarships

Scholarship winners must stay at the course hotel; Hilton Walt Disney World Resort.
